Yigal Tomer: Co-CEO

A Graduate of Ben-Gurion university in mechanical engineering, Yigal has 18 years experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. He started as an equipment and process engineer and then moved to various engineering management positions. Yigal Founded InnerSense in 2002 and acted as CEO till the acquisition by Ricor in 2008.
He is currently Co-CEO together with Mr. Erez Harel

Erez Harel: Co-CEO

Erez Harel was appointed InnerSense's co - Chief Executive Officer in March 2008. Having joined Ricor Cryogenic and Vacuum Systems in 2005, Erez has served as Advanced Products Division Manager. He joined Ricor after six years service as Vice President for Key accounts and Customer Support Manager at Nova Measuring Instruments Inc. Prior to this he served in various managerial positions in the Semiconductor industry, at Tower Semiconductor and Kulicke & Soffa. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa and a diploma in Executive Business Administration from Haifa University.

Yakov Bienenstock:  CTO

Yakov Graduated from the Supelec Electronics Engineering School in Paris
He has over 20 years of experience in managing complex R&D projects and is a specialist in the development of electronic products for the semiconductor industry. He co-founded InnerSense in 2002 and has been the CTO of the company since then. Born in France, he moved to Israel in 1978. 

Dr. Giora Dishon: Chairman of the board

Dr. Giora Dishon is a co-founder of Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. and served as President and Chief Executive Officer from Nova's formation in 1993 till August 2006. From 1989 to 1993 he served as Product Line Manager at Orbot Systems and Orbotech Ltd., a manufacturer of automated optical inspection equipment. From 1986 to 1988 he was a Visiting Scientist at the Microelectronics Center of North Carolina, and from 1982 to 1986 he served as the Managing Director at AVX Israel Ltd., a manufacturer of electronic devices. Dr. Dishon holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry, a MSc. and a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Nachman Pundak: Board member

Nachman Pundak has been the CEO of Ricor Cryogenic & Vacuum Systems since 1992 . Prior to this position he held several positions including mechanical designer , R&D manager, and marketing manager. He holds a Master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Technion , Haifa. Nachman owns several patents in cryogenic cooling and has written many technical publications. He was born and grew up in Ein Harod, Israel.
